For many communities across the state, greyhound racing is more than just a sport, it’s a way of life often handed down by generations of participants – one of the few codes that has participants aged from their teens to their 90s.

Whatever the age or experience, it attracts participants that love the dogs, with a commitment to welfare during racing and rehoming in retirement at its heart.
